Alternatives in order of decreasing desirability by Flintwood I <br />residents. <br /> <br />A. Develop si~ilar to Fli~twood 1 (i.e. 1 acre lots). <br /> <br />B. Develop with single family homes on 1/2 acre lots. <br /> <br />C. If even further population de~sity is required, develop with <br />signel family homes adjacent to Flintwood I and a small <br />number of multi-family homes further east. <br /> <br />D. In all of the above cases. <br /> <br />1. All commercial property along liwy. 47. <br />2.
