<br />X. CITY RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />1. The city will be responsible for providing existing <br />facilities and applicable rights of access to the contract <br />operator. <br /> <br />2. The city will be responsible for delegating a representative <br />to monitor the contract operator and assist with enforcement <br />of warranties, permit regulations and city responsibilities. <br /> <br />3. The city will provide copies of as-built plans and <br />specifications for all facilities. <br /> <br />4. The city will provide copies of past operating data, cost, <br />permits and reports. <br /> <br />5. The city will provide operation and maintenance manuals. <br /> <br />6. The city will pay for the cost of electrical power, gas and <br />chemicals necessary to operate the two wells and the <br />pumphouse. <br /> <br />7. The city will be responsible for the cost of repairs to the <br />two wells and the well pumps. <br /> <br />8.
