Construction of the water system was started in 1984.

The system includes two wells, one pumphouse, 6"-16" distribution

mains with isolation valves and hydrants and does not include any

elevated or ground storage tanks, water treatment plants, or pressure

reducing stations. There is no interconnection to the city of Anoka

water systen. The current average daily water production is

gallons.

The water pressure is maintained by a hydropneumatic system in the

pumphouse. The distribution system pipe is ductile iron, the valves

are gate valves, and the hydrants are Waterous-pacer model.

3

71
