<br />13. All costs incurred by the City in administering this permit shall <br />be borne by Commercial Asphalt Company. <br /> <br />14. Commercial Asphalt Company shall maintain a $2,000.00 balance in <br />an escrow account with the City. This escrow shall be used to <br />reimburse the City for expenses incurred in the administration of <br />this permit. The City reserves the right to use these funds to <br />pay for testing services as necessary. <br /> <br />15. Commercial Asphalt Company shall provide a site plan to the City <br />Engineer showing the location of all equipment storage. Any <br />outside storage of equipment shall be in an orderly fasbion. The <br />outside storage of debris, materials not used in the operation and <br />inoperable vehicles and equipment shall not be permitted. <br /> <br />16. Runoff shall be contained on the site and shall be in accordance <br />with grading and drainage plans submitted to and approved by the <br />City Engin~er. Berming shall be installed as necessary to control <br />runof f. <br /> <br />17. This conditional use permit shall be in effect until January 31, <br />1995. <br /> <br />18. Prior to commencing the asphalt operation, Commerc ial Asphal t <br />Company shall provide to the City Engineer a plan for the end use <br />of the site once the asphalt operation ceases.
