Goodrich, city Attorney <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br /> <br />As the council authorized, our staff has negotiated a proposed <br />contract with waste Management of Minnesota, Inc. relating to the <br />pilot Recycling Project. Enclosed is a copy of that contract for <br />your review and consideration.
