CITY OF RAMSEY CONTRACT FOR RECYCLING SERVICES CONTRACT made as of , 1988, between the city of Ramsey, a Minnesota municipal corporation ("city"), and Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, 10050 Naples street N.E., Blaine, Minnesota 55434 ("contractor"). The city and the Contractor agree as follows: 1. DEFINITIONS: A. "CITY ADMINISTRATOR" means the then duly appointed and qualified city Administrator of the city of Ramsey. B. "CONTAINERS" means the plastic receptacles in which recyclable materials can be stored and later placed at curbside for collection as specified by the city. C. "PILOT PROJECT AREAS" means those ares of the city where recycling collection will occur and which areas are as defined on attached Exhibit "B". D. "RECYCLING PROJECT" means the collecting of all recyclable materials accumulated in containers at residential properties located within the neighborhood boundaries selected for the pilot recycling program as identified in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and the transporting of the recyclable materials to a site where they can be processed for the marketplace as determined by the Contractor.
