In renewing the contract, the City shall consider whether the Contractor has performed satisfactorily and complied with the terms of this contract. Renewal shall be subject to mutual agreement to amendments proposed by the city or the contractor. The city may, however, seek competitive bids, and in its discretion, select another contractor. 4 . PREPARATION FOR COLLECTION A. B. 5. All occupants of residential properties in the pilot recycling project areas who participated in the recycling project will be directed to separate and store recyclable materials in containers provided by theicity.
