<br />5 Minutes <br /> <br />CASE #6: <br /> <br />R!COMMENDATION FROM ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />REGARDING HOMEOWNER'S GUIDE AND COMMUNITY FACT BOOKLET <br />By: Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you may recall. several years ago the Economic Development Commission <br />produced a brochure which contained general information on the City. These <br />brochures are almost gone and the Commission has been researching whether to <br />replace them or revise them. <br /> <br />On August 17. 1988 the Commission recommended that the City have two different <br />kinds of brochures produced. One brochure would be a general information guide <br />on City regulations that would be distributed to every homeowner and would be <br />available for handing out at City Hall. The estimated cost to produce this <br />brochure is $2,325.00. The other brochure is a fact book containing general <br />demographic and statistical information on the City. This brochure would be <br />available for developers, potential businesses, etC.
