<br />5 Minutes Case #10 <br /> <br />ADOPT ASSESSMENT ROLES <br />FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 87-20, 87-23 and 87-24 <br />By: Pete Raatikka <br /> <br />Backqround <br /> <br />At the City council's meeting of July 26, 1988, assessment hearings <br />for Projects 87-20 (167th Ave. N.W.), 87-23 (Hunter's Hill) and 87-24 <br />(Oakridge Ind. Park) were scheduled for August 23, 1988. The assess- <br />ment roles should be adopted following the hearings to allow the resi- <br />dents to prepay thelassessments prior to the County's deadline to <br />October 10, 1988. <br /> <br />The proposed resolutions adopting the assessments roles will be <br />available at the Au ust 23, 1988 council meeting. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution #8 - & <br />Project 87-20 (167t Avenue N.W.) Project <br />Project 87-24 (Oakr'dge Industrial Park). <br /> <br />adopting assessments for <br />87-23 Hunter's Hill and <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Administrator <br />Attorney <br />Engineer <br />Comm.
