<br />councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #88-____ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR COTTONWOOD CONSTRUCTION, INC. <br />(PROJECT #88-14 CENTRAL PARK WARMING HOUSE) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Ramsey approved this <br />project in May, 1988; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City council of the city of Ramsey adopted <br />Resolution #88-116 awarding the bid to Cottonwood construction, Inc. <br />for the construction of the Central Park Warming House. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, city Engineer Pete Rattikka of Hakanson Anderson <br />Associates, Inc., recommended partial payment to cottonwood <br />Construction in the amount of $13,212.41. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City council hereby authorizes partial payment to <br />cottonwood construction for the warming House construction in the <br />amount of $13,212.41. <br /> <br />2) That the cIty council hereby authorizes the Mayor or city <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. <br /> <br />3) That the t~tal amount of this partial payment is not included <br />in Resolution #88- I approving payment of bills for the month of <br />August, 1988. 1 <br /> <br />4) That the C ty of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a <br />signed copy of this I resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following vbted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following a~stained: <br />I <br />and the following were absent: <br />I <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey city Councill this the 23rd day of August, 1988. <br /> <br />41 <br />
