Administrative Staff has not changed between 1978 and the present which <br />supports the following activity: <br /> <br />City Administrator Activity <br />City Assessor Activity <br />City Accountant Activity <br />Building Official Activity <br /> <br />It should be noted that the support personnel to the above Staff positions has <br />not increased but the workload has increased to a point where low priority <br />jobs are being left undone or done poorly.
