<br />I. <br /> <br />- 2 - <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />c. A form shall be made available for the pumper and the homeowner to <br />fill out and the responsibility put on the homeowner to return the form <br />to City Hall for the purpose of record keeping. The City shall keep a <br />record of the forms going out and those coming in. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />d. If a homeowner needs assistance in locating his system he shall be <br />able to get such assistance from the City, at the homeowner's expense. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />e. Information shall be made available at the City for a homeowner who <br />asks advice on maintaining his system. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />f. The City shall mail to each homeowner a notice to remind the <br />homeowner of the City's septic system maintenance requirements for <br />inspection and pumping and to return the form which will accompany the <br />reminder. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />2. That the City Staff and City Attorney are directed to review Ordinance <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />84-2 and amend it if necessary in order that the above items, and only the above <br /> <br />items are adequate to implement the language and intent of said Ordinance 84-2. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />3. That the City shall budget adequate funds from its general fund in order <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />that items recited in Paragraph No.1. above can be accomplished. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was seconded by <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />
