I

I

Council consensus is that entrances, exits and traffic flow deserve a lot of
consideration in t]-,is proposed PUD.

I

There was some discussion regarding realigning Thurston Avenue but Mayor Gamec
felt leaving Thurston Avenue as planned would be best so as not to take away
any of the buffer between Flintwood I and Flintwood II.

I

Councilmember Sorteberg inquired as to well placement.

City Engineer Raatikka stated that a location across Hwy. 47 is being considered.

I

Councilmember Sorteberg inquired as to how it would be assessed if the PUD is
going to be developed in phases.

I

Mr. Raatikka replied that the entire area would be assessed for the trunks.

I

Mr. Carson stated that all efforts are going into developing and marketing this
property within two years. Mr. Carson also stated that Norm Holm has talked
with the Chapmans and they have no serious objection as long as they are not
assessed at this point. Mr. Holm is meeting with the Tronsons this evening
and Mr. Carson is sure that Mr. Tronson is not interested in developing at this
time eithera

I

I

Mr. Schnelle stated that a Mr. Bircham called City Hall requesting a subdivision
by metes and bounds to be addressed during Citizen Input and Mr. Schnelle
informed Mr. Bircham that action of that type could not be taken during Citizen
Input

I

Ben Deemer - Stated that he has some cormnents he would like to make during
Council's discussion of Case #1 on the agenda; APproving Bid Specifications
For The Purchase Of Computer.

I

APPROVAL OF AGENDA

I

Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to
approve the agenda as submitted.

I

Motion carried.
