City Attorney <br />Goodrich replied that the Kytonen's will comply with all requirements and <br />will substitute a letter of credit for Deemer's letter of credit presently <br />held by the City. Councilmember Schlueter inquired as to what would happen <br />if the Kytonen' s failed to comply. Mr. Schnelle replied that the final plat <br />would not be approved.
