D /.L /9_"L- <br />CASE #3: UNAUTHORIZED SALE OF WOOD AT 16030 OSIUM STREET NW: <br />/.t ddo>'; ,r;J 14 .s-5',IvM <br />As per your request, the owner of the residence located at 16030 Osium Street <br />NW has been invited to your meeting to discuss with you his unauthorized sale of <br />firewood in a residential zone. Enclosure (D2-b) is a copy of the Building Official's <br />Jetter to that individual. Pictures will be available at the meeting for your review. <br /> <br />Commission Action: Your action in this matter will be to advise this individual <br />as to what direction he should take to attain compliance. The options are to <br />discontinue his operation or acquire a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />CASE 1'4: WOOD PILE ORDINANCE: <br /> <br />As per your request, we have contacted other communities and found that the City <br />of Coon Rapids is the only City that has an ordinance governing the storage of <br />wood. Enclosure (D2-c) contains a copy of their ordinance. The only other <br />information we found that is of any value is a model ordinance from the Energy <br />Division which is included as enclosure (D2-c). <br /> <br />Commission Action: Your action in this matter will be to make a recommendation <br />to the City Council as to what you feel should be adopted. <br />
