JEFFREY PORUPSKY: I Mr. Jeffrey Porupsky is requesting a conditional use permit for a private kennel to maintain three dogs. City Ordinance requires the conditional use permit for more than two dogs. Mr. Porupsky, who is with the Minneapolis Police Department, has two dogs of his own and will be keeping his dog from work at his residence during off-duty hours. I I The following items are included as enclosure (DZ-a) for your consideration in this matter: I a) Applicant's application b) Public hearing notice c) List of properties notified d) Proposed findings of fact e) Area location map f) Proposed development agreement g) Building Official's letter to Mr. Porupsky I I Commission Action: Your actions in this matter will be to recommend adoption of findings of fact as well as recommend approval/denial of the request. The following proposed motions are hereby submitted for your consideration: I Motion by the findings Porupsky. and seconded by to recommend adopting of fact for the proposed private kennel request of Mr. Jeffrey I \lotion carried.
