Mr.
McCulley volunteered to prepare an article for the September publication and
' Mr. DeLuca volunteered to prepare an article for the November publication.
Chairman LeLeux stated that he has been told by Terry Miller that Waste
Management of Minnesota, Inc. is willing to work with Group W to produce a
video regarding landfill operations and technology.
Case #4: Discussion Reaardina Market Study.
' Chairman LeLeux stated that he has been informed that Council approved the
reeahmendation for a market study of properties affected by the landfill; city
Staff would like to know just what information is desired to be included in
that market study.
Committee consensus is that the market study should not be prepared by a real
' estate agent. The intent of the study was that it be a detailed market
analysis and not be limited to that area just in the vicinity of the landfill.
The market study should include information regarding the impact of the
' landfill and haw far away from the landfill there is an impact. The study
should take into consideration the economy, employment status and interest
rates at the time the figures were arrived at.
' Motion by Mr. Wentura and seconded by Mr. DeLuca to request that City Staff
solicit from PCA all current well reports taken at Waste Management of
Minnesota, Inc.
