directed to release to the builder all funds held in escrow upon written <br />documentation signed by either the city or county building inspector that the <br />eight items have been completed. In the event no such written evidence has been <br />received by the escrow agent by July 1, 1985, the escrow agent is authorized and <br />directed to release the escrow funds to the owners. Any costs and expenses <br />associated with the keeping, maintenance and inspections associated with this <br />escrow agreement will be shared equally by the builder and the owners.
