In accordance with Article <br />10.00 of the Special Provisions of the Contract Documents, this work <br />' was to be completed by July 26, 1985. Since the project award was <br />delayed, the completion date for the grading on Azurite Street will be <br />extended until August 7, 1985. Failure to meet this deadline will <br />' result in liquidated damages. <br />In addition to having Azurite Street ready for paving by August 7, <br />' 1985, we request that you submit a progress schedule indicating the <br />starting and completion dates of various stages of work as required <br />under Article 2.1 of the General Conditions of the Contract Documents. <br />As stated on the Notice to Proceed, work on the projects was to <br />' commence on or before July 26, 1985. <br />If you have any questions in regard to this letter, please let us <br />' know. <br />Sincerely, <br />' HAKANSON ANDERSON ASSOCIATES, INC. <br />Peter R.
