Goodrich, City Attorney <br />1 <br />Date: <br />August 5, 1985 <br />At <br />Gilbertson <br />approximately 4:00 p.m. on August 5, 1985, James <br />brought to my office <br />the following: <br />1 <br />I. <br />Receipt for payment of delinquent real estate taxes <br />issued by Anoka County dated August 2, <br />1985, showing <br />payment of all delinquent taxes. <br />1 <br />2. <br />Minneapolis Telo Credit Union check ii 022119 dated <br />August 2, 1985 in the <br />amount of $4,200.00 in payment of <br />the City's on -sale liquor license fee. <br />3. <br />State of Minnesota Department of Revenue Tax Clearance <br />Certificate dated August 5, 1985 <br />signed by Karen B. <br />Swanberg. <br />4. <br />Certificate of Insurance issued by Allied Fidelity <br />Insurance Co. dated August 1, <br />1985 which has limits of <br />liability of $300,000.00 for each <br />common cause and <br />$300,000.00 aggregate. <br />1 <br />Mr. <br />notary <br />Gilbertson previously completed and signed before a <br />the City's liquor license <br />advised <br />application.
