Brubaker <br />Page 2 <br />August 12, 1985 <br />In short, the proposed improvements are to develop a facility which will be <br />capable of providing a higher degree of utilization during inclement weather <br />and one which will meet the increasing aviation demands in this area. The <br />proposed tower thus not only adversely effects existing operations, but <br />undermines the intent of the improvements. <br />The City also has a height regulation in its code (limiting the height of <br />structures) which would require FM108 to acquire a variance.
