The proposal would necessitate the following changes at: <br />1. Gateway North Industrial Airport: <br />' a. Raise VOR Runway 34 procedure turn altitude froin 2700'AMSL to 2900'AMSL. <br />b. Establish an IFR departure procedure from all runways. <br />f c. Raise Runway 9 Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) takeoff minimums - ceiling/ <br />visibility 1000/2. <br />' 2. Raise the Minn m Vectoring Altitude (MVA) at Minneapolis /St. Paul Int'1 <br />Airport from 2500'AMSL to 2900'AMSL for a 3-nile radius around the structure. <br />' section 77,23 (a)(4 by 111' - a height that increases a minim;m <br />obstruction clearance altitude MICA (en route criteria.)
