Councilmember introduced the following resolution and ' moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #85- ' RESOLUTION CALLING FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (156th Avenue N.W. #85 -8) WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Ramsey City Council on August 27, 1985, the City Administrator /Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of the ' sealooating project of the following streets: 1) 156th Avenue N.W. between Variolite Street N.W. and Armstrong Blvd. N.W. (County Road #83) ' AND WHEREAS, the City Administrator /Clerk has notified the City Council that such proposed assessment has been completed ' and filed in his office for public inspection. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF ' RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) A hearing shall be held on the 11th day of September, 1985, in the Ramsey Municipal Center, at 7:B0 P.M. to ' pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property ffected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. ' 2) The City Administrator /Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. He shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment ' roll not less than two weeks prior to the hearing. II The motion for the adoption of t] seconded by Councilmember thereon, the following voted in favor e foregoing resolution was duly and upon vote being taken thereof : and the following voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of August, 1985.
