Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: ' RESOLUTION #85- RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAY FOR FOREST LAKE CONTRACTING, INC. ' (Project #84 -18 and #84 -19 River's Bend Streets i 149th Avenue) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted ' the following resolution approving the following project in the City of Ramsey: Resolution #84 -41 adopted March 12, 1984 for ' River's Bend (formerly First Guarantee property for municipal utilities, municipal trunk facilities and streets) and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #84 -248 awarding the bid to Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. for the construction of 149th Avenue N.W. M.S.A.S, between the west plat boundary of River's Bend to Waco Street N.W.; and ' WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #84 -249 awarding the bid to Forest Lake Contracting, ' Inc, for the construction of streets and grading improvements to the plat of River's Bend; and WHEREAS, City Engineer, Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson ' Anderson, Inc, recommended final payment in his letter dated August 21, 1985, Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $44,262.42. ' NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOm4 OMM, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes partial payment to Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. for River's Bend Streets and 149th Avenue N.W. in the amount of ' $44,262.42. 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby ' authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. ' 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution #85- adopted by the Ramsey City Council on August 27, 1985 approving payment of the bills for the month of August. ' 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
