1 <br />Councilmember _ introduced the following resolution <br />and moved for its adoption: <br />RESXUTION <br />#85- <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAY <br />(Projects #85 -4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, <br />FOR ALLIED BLACRTOP <br />COMPANY <br />11 i 13 sealcoating Projects) <br />WHEREAS, the City Council <br />the following resolutions approving <br />of the City of <br />the following <br />Ramsey adopted <br />City of Ramsey: <br />projects in the <br />Resolution #85 -102 <br />adopted June <br />11, 1985 for <br />' <br />Jaspar Street area ( #85 -4) for <br />sealcoating <br />Resolution #85 -103 adopted June 11, 1985 for <br />Whispering Pines #3 ( #85 -5) for <br />sealcoating <br />Resolution #85 -104 <br />adopted June <br />11, 1985 for <br />Gorhams Sandy Acres ( #85 -7) for sealcoating <br />Resolution <br />#85 -105 <br />156th Avenue N.W. <br />adopted June <br />( #85 -8) for <br />11, 1985 for <br />sealcoating <br />Resolution #85 -106 adopted June 11, 1985 for <br />High Point Addition ( #85 -9) for <br />sealcoating <br />Resolution #85 -107 <br />Oakridge Estates <br />adopted June <br />( #85 -10) for <br />11, 1985 for <br />sealcoating <br />Resolution 485-108 <br />Pineview Estates <br />adopted June <br />( #85 -11) for <br />11, 1985 for <br />sealcoating <br />' <br />Resolution #85 -109 <br />167th Avenue N.W. <br />adopted June <br />( #85 -13) for <br />11, 1985 for <br />and <br />sealcoating <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted <br />Resolution #84 -130 awarding the bid to Allied Blacktop Company <br />for the sealcoating improvement for Projects #85 -4, 5, 7 8 g, <br />10, 11, and 13; and <br />WHEREAS, City Engineer, Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson <br />Anderson, Inc. recommended final payment in his letter dated <br />August 20, 1985 to Allied Blacktop Company in the amount of <br />$85,834.87. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, A "M MUNTY, STATE OF MINNF.S= as follows: <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby <br />authorizes partial payment to Allied Blacktop Company for the <br />sealcoating improvement for #85 -4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 13 <br />in the amount of $85,834.87 <br />
