1 2) That the City Council of the city of Ramsey hereby <br />authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release <br />' form for this partial payment. <br />3) That the total amount of this final payment is <br />not included in Resolution t85- adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council on August 27,1985 approving payment of the bills for <br />the month of August. <br />' 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be <br />provided a signed copy of this resolution. <br />' The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br />' and the following voted against the same: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey city Council this the 27th day of August, 1985. <br />Uty Administrator /Clerk <br />i hereby acknowledge receipt of the <br />above resolution: <br />Mayor <br />City Accountant <br />
