This special use permit shall apply to that property <br />' <br />legally described as follows: <br />The East 264 feet of the West 1716 feet of the North 330 <br />feet of the South 990 feet of the North Half of the <br />Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 32, Range 25 <br />in Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />' <br />5. There will be no outside storage of materials and/or <br />vehicles on the property. <br />SUMMAR <br />The Applicant understands and agrees that the special use <br />permit granted herein is subject to review at any time and shall <br />t <br />be reviewed annually by City Staff. <br />Any violations of the conditions described herein or any <br />' <br />violation of any other City ordinances may be cause for immediate <br />revocation of this special use permit. <br />
