That the proposed use will *f be unsightly or undesire- <br />able or xious in appearance and it will not hinder <br />the orderly and harmonious development of the R- 1.4is- <br />trict of the City ; -. <br />c That adequate water supply and sewage disposal facilities <br />are not applicable; <br />cl, 7hat adequate off - street parking and drainage are not <br />applicable; and <br />� That the use will conform to the regulations of the R -1 <br />Residential District except that a conditional use permit <br />is required and the Applicant is requesting a variance <br />from the maximum accessory structure size to store his <br />materials and equipment in. <br />That the Performance Standards are as follows: <br />a. That fire protection is provided by the cities of Anoka <br />and Elk River and the proposed use will not create a <br />fire hazard; <br />b. That electrical disturbances are not applicable; <br />c. That noise-disturbance-is not applicable, <br />d. That vibration disturbance is not applicable; <br />e. That malodorous gas or matter is not applicable; <br />f. That air pollution is not applicable; <br />g. That there will not be lighting devices which produce <br />objectionable direct or reflected glare on adjoining <br />properties and thoroughfares; and <br />/ h. That wind and water erosion are not applicable. <br />1� That the City of Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the <br />/pr perty if it receives complaints from adjoining property <br />owners. <br />The motion to adopt the foregoing findings of fact was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against: <br />whereupon said findings of fact were declared duly passed and <br />adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the day of <br />1985. <br />-2- <br />
