Zimmer can meet State building code requirements regarding garage floor <br />being 15" above street elevation. 4he Oommission stated that a survey would be <br />beneficial in determining the amount of fill needed in the new lot in order to <br />make it buildable and in that case, Mr. Zimmer might as well proceed with a <br />convenience plat rather than metes and botads subdivision. <br />' Case 46: Reglnest For Int Split: Case Of Mfr.
