I ' CASE 43: C I 1 i Motion by and seconded by to approve/ disapprove the request by Mr. Roy Newcomb for variances to construct an accessory structure larger than allowed by City Code and to construct it in the front yard, contingent upon the applicant entering into a development agreement with the City. Further discussion: Motion carried/failed. Voting yes: Voting no: Mr. Edwin Christopherson is requesting a variance to construct an accessory structure larger than allowed by City Code. Mr. Christopherson is proposing to construct a 30' x 48' structure with a total area of 1,440 square feet on his property located at 7121 - 175th Avenue NW. Mr. Christopherson's property is approximately two acres in size and is located in an R -1, Residential District. The City Code states that accessory structures on parcels of less than 2 -1/2 acres shall be no larger than 624 square feet. Mr. Christopherson has stated that he will use the accessory structure for the storage of collector cars, his boat and trailers and garden tractor.
