I <br />' CASE 43: <br />C I <br />1 <br />i <br />Motion by and seconded by to approve/ <br />disapprove the request by Mr. Roy Newcomb for variances to <br />construct an accessory structure larger than allowed by City <br />Code and to construct it in the front yard, contingent upon the <br />applicant entering into a development agreement with the City. <br />Further discussion: <br />Motion carried/failed. Voting yes: Voting no: <br />Mr. Edwin Christopherson is requesting a variance to construct an <br />accessory structure larger than allowed by City Code. Mr. <br />Christopherson is proposing to construct a 30' x 48' structure with a <br />total area of 1,440 square feet on his property located at 7121 - <br />175th Avenue NW. Mr. Christopherson's property is approximately two <br />acres in size and is located in an R -1, Residential District. The <br />City Code states that accessory structures on parcels of less than <br />2 -1/2 acres shall be no larger than 624 square feet.
