I <br />PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br />AMID <br />' STEVEN J. JOANSCN <br />This agreement entered into this day of , <br />' 1985, between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as <br />"City," and Mr. Steven J. Johnson, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicant," in conjunction with the issuance to the Applicant of <br />a variance to construct an accessory structure of 1280 square <br />feet, larger than allowed by City Oode. <br />The variance is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant <br />agreeing to and complying with the following conditions: <br />1. That the Applicant shall obtain all necessary permits <br />' before omTnencing any construction. <br />2. That the completion the accessory structure shall <br />be compatible with the existing structure. <br />3. That the Applicant shall construct the structure in <br />acoordance with all applicable City standards and <br />specifications. <br />4. That the Applicant shall use the accessory structure for <br />the storage of personal property and that no camiercial <br />or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted in <br />said structure or anywhere on the subject property. <br />5. That the variance shall apply to that property legally <br />described as: The North two hundred thirty three feet <br />of the West two hundred fifty five feet of the East six <br />hundred forty feet of the North Half of the Northeast <br />Quarter of Section 16, Tbwnship 32, Range 25, according <br />to United States Government Survey thereof and situated <br />in Anoka CDunty, Minnesota; and generally !mown as 7241 <br />164th Lane N.W., Ramsey. <br />6. That this development agreement shall be recorded as a <br />part of the Applicant's deed. <br />7. That the existing storage structure be removed from the <br />subject property. <br />The Applicant understands and agrees that the variance granted <br />herein is subject to review at any time. <br />Any violations of the conditions described herein or any <br />violation of any other City ordinances may be cause for immediate <br />revocation of this variance. <br />
