' 12. That the proposed accessory structure will comply with the <br />requirements set forth by City Staff and the Uniform Building <br />' Code. <br />13. That the Application shall agree to enter into an agreement <br />' with the City of Ramsey guaranteeing conditions of the <br />construction of the proposed aooessory structure. <br />The motion to adopt the foregoing findings of fact was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />' Chairperson Schlueter, Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Cox <br />and Sorteberg <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />' Councilmember Reiman <br />whereupon said findings of fact were declared duly passed and <br />adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 23rd day of July, <br />1985. <br />L- <br />mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />/ A"strator /Clerk <br />
