<br />, <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />All required pelrking stalls shall be located on the premises <br />of the principell building. <br /> <br />One parking stall shall not be less than 180 square feet in <br />area, with a minimlln width of 9 feet. <br /> <br />Off-street pelrking is ~ohibi ted I <br />- in any portion of the required front yard, <br />- in any IIDre than 2/3 of the required rear yard, <br />- any closer than 5 feet to a property line; and <br />- any closer to a principal building than 5 feet. <br /> <br />FENCES <br /> <br />Fencing, landscape growths, and/or hedging in the front yard <br />setback shall not exceed 48 inches in height. The side and <br />rear yard maxim1.lll fence height shall be eight feet. <br /> <br />Fencing materials shall consist only of wood and/or woven <br />wire. ~ other types of materials shall be peritted. <br /> <br />SIDRAGE <br /> <br />1. ~ materials or equipnent may be stored outside except <br />those directly related to the principal use or those <br />being used for construction on the premises. <br />2. All waste materials, debris, refuse or garbage shall be <br />stored in the rear or side yards and shall be kept in <br />a screened area such that the containers may not be seen <br />and sud! materials shall be properly contained in closed <br />containers deSigned for such purposes. The owner of <br />vacant land shall be responsible for keeping such land <br />free of refuse. <br />3. No outside storage of a recreational vehicle, mobile <br />camping trailer, or any other such type recreational <br />unit which exceeds 20 feet in length shall be permitted <br />unless a specially designated parking space is provided. <br /> <br />S~ING <br /> <br />Screening shall be required where: <br />a. Any off-street parking area contains more than six <br />parking spaces and is within 30 feet of and adjoining <br />residential use or district, and <br />b. Where the driveway to a parking area of more than six <br />parking spaces is within 15 feet of an adjoining resi- <br />dential use or district. <br /> <br />All required screening shall be placed along property lines <br />or, in case of screening along a street, 20 feet from the street <br />right-of-way with landscaping between the street and pave- <br />ment and sud! screening shall not extend within 15 feet of any <br />street or drivew~. <br /> <br />All screening must be in accordance with the requirements of <br /> <br />55 <br />
