If final plan approval is not granted within one year from <br />the time the Ci ty Council approved the rezoning and preliminary <br />si te plan, the Council may ini tiate a rezoning to remove the <br />Planned Unit Developnent District zoning and rezone the property <br />to the zoning that was in effect at the time of the ini tiel <br />rezoning. 'Ihe Awlicant IIllIy request the Ci ty Council for no more <br />than one (1) six IlIOnth extension for final. plan approval. <br /> <br />2. If construction does not commence within one year after <br />iss~ of final approval, the Council may initiate a rezoning <br />to r8llOVe the Planned Unit Deve10pnent District zoning and rezone <br />the property to the zoning that was in effect at the time of the <br />initial rezoning. <br /> <br />3. 'Ihe suanission may be composed of one or more <br />sheets and drawings and shall include: <br />1. location of all prop:lsed buildings and their prop:lsed uses; <br />2. location of driVEWayS and parking areas (all driveways and <br />parking areas must include curbing); <br />3. Indicate front, side and rear yard setbacks prop:lsed; <br />4.
