Our only comment is that <br />MnlDOT would prefer the selection of the Alternate B-3 concept <br />presented on page 43 to provide access to the proposed development. <br /> <br />We believe that Alternate B-3 best addresses concerns we have <br />raised in earlier correspondence regarding the project. This <br />alternative would be in keeping with MnIDOT's desire to limit <br />access to Trunk Highway 10/169 for potential development in the <br />area. Alternate B-3 from MnIDOT's perspective is also a better <br />plan for preserving the integrity of our facility by causing less <br />interruption to traffic operation and maintaining acceptable level <br />of service at all but one key intersection. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Thank you for the opportunity to review the Draft EIS for Northfork <br />PUD.
