Voting Ko: Kone. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox stated that Item #6 of the Consent Agenda (Introduction of <br />Ordinance amending the number of off-sale liquor licenses permitted with the <br />City of Remsey) was first brought to Council for consideration; introducing the <br />ordinance to increa.e the number of off-sale liquor is premature at this time; <br />the idea merits more discussion and review. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich noted that introducing an ordinance is not adopting the ordinance; <br />the ordinance could not be adopted until the next Council meeting. Hr. <br />Goodrich stated that he has some material on file from previous considerations <br />of this type in Remsey and will get that information to councilmembers. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilaember Schlueter to table <br />introduction of Ordinance amending the number of off-sale liquor licenses <br />permitted with the City of Ramsey and place the case on the next Council <br />meeting agenda for further discussion. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Cox requested that Mr. Goodrich provide back <br />up information for Council to review prior to the next Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting Ho: Hone. <br /> <br />CAA~ 124: AdoD~ion Of Resolution AonTovinf Th~ TrAnsfer Of Own~rghiD Of <br />GrOUD V Cable. tne.: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Schlueter and seconded by Councilmember Cox to adopt <br />Resolution #86- 67 approving the transfer of ownership of Group W Cable, Inc. <br />(Pleae refer to resolution file for Resolution #86-67). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Reimann stated that the sale transaction is <br />two part: tonight's resolution is to transfer ownership; legal and technical <br />i.sues will be addressed in a second transaction. <br /> <br /> <br />Motion carried. La"al <br />.0. 2454: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that the Personnel Committee has reviewed the proposed labor <br />agreement between AFSCHB and the City.
