(Refer to <br />resolution file for Resolution #86-(5). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mr. Hartley stated that all of the items to be purchased <br />are included in the regular budget but the total aaount exceeds Staff's <br />purchaaing authority and required Council's approval. Kayor Reitman inquired <br />if Staff feels the thermo binding machine is a worthwhile purchase. Hr. <br />Hartley replied that the thermo binding procell is .ore efficient than the ring <br />binding; the ring binding will be used from time to time because it does have <br />deaireable featurea. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
