SBERYLL STABEK <br />By: Anne Borris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Ms. Sheryll Stanek is requesting authorization to subdivide her 5-1/2 acre <br />parcel located at 6061 - 169th Lane NW. This property is located in the R-1 <br />residential districtj the minimum lot sizes in this district is 2-1/2 <br />acres. <br /> <br />169th Lane NW runs through the 5-1/2 acre parcel, leaving one 1.9 acre portion <br />of the parcel on the north side of the road and the remaining 3.6 acres on the <br />south side of the road.
