Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Rovthen Blvd. B.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota regarding Cheryl Villeneuve's request for a conditional use <br />permit to operate a typing and word processing business from her home. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mr. Gerald Zi1lllBerman, Vice Chairman <br /> Mr. Ben Deemer <br /> Mr. Jim Bovell <br /> Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br /> Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Also Present: C01IIIBUnity Development Director Anne Borris <br />Members Absent: Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman <br /> Mr. Roy Shumway <br /> <br />. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Vice Chairman Zi1IIIBerman called the public hearing to order at 7:32 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZER IRPUT <br /> <br />Ms. Villeneuve was present and stated she would pick up and deliver a majority <br />of her work; she would limit customer appointments in her home to one or two <br />per day. <br /> <br />There was no further citizen input. <br /> <br /> <br />ADJOURRMERT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to adjourn the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chairman <br />Hovell, Hendricksen and LaDue. Voting Bo: <br />and C01IIIBissioner Shumway. <br /> <br />Zi1lllBerman, Commissioners Deemer, <br />Bone.
