<br />PLAJRIIIG AND ZORIRG COMMISSIOR <br />PUBLIC BEAllIRG <br />CITY OF IWlSEY <br />AROltA COURT! <br />STATE or MIRRESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, Kay 6, 1986 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Rowthen Blvd. R.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota regarding Mr. James Roberts' request for a conditional use <br />permit to operate telephone and catalog sales and repair service for firearms <br />from home. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Vice Chairman <br /> Mr. Ben Deeller <br /> Mr. Jim Bowell <br /> Mr. Terry Bendricksen <br /> Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Also Present: Community Development Director Anne Rorris <br />Members Absent: Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman <br /> Mr. Roy ShUIIIVay <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Vice Chairman Zimmerman called the public hearing to order at 7:33 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Roberts was present and stated that he would like a permit to sell firearms <br />from his home by catalog only; there will be no weapons stored at the home for <br />display purposes. In the future, weapon repair will also be carried on at the <br />home. Anticipated traffic flow to home would be 2-3 cars per week. <br /> <br />There was no further citizen input. <br /> <br />Vice Chairman Zimmerman noted receipt of a letter from Mr. &. Mrs. BagemanD <br />stating no objection to the request of Mr. Roberts. Mrs. Bonnie Bagemann was <br />also present at the hearing. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion hy Commissioner Bendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: <br />Bowell, Bendriksen and LaDue. <br />and Commissioner ShUIIIVay. <br /> <br />Vice Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Deemer, <br />Voting Ro: Rone.
