<br />PLABNING A1ID ZONING COMKISSION <br />PUBLIC HEAlING <br />CITY OF JlAHSIY <br />AlIOL\ COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, May 6, 1986 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota regarding Trott Brook Gospel Ball's request for a conditional <br />use permit to expand the existing church facility. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Vice Chairman <br /> Mr. Ben Deemer <br /> Mr. Jim Bowell <br /> Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br /> Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Also Present: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br />Members Absent: Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman <br /> Mr. Roy ShUlllWay <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Vice Chairman Zimmerman called the public hearing to order at 7:38 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Richard Keillor - 1642 Edgewood Avenue South - St. Louis Park - Architect for <br />Trott Brook Gospel Ball expansion project - stated that the plan is to add on a <br />meeting hall and lover level social area; the original building is quite old <br />and will be removed; the entire structure will then be brought up to code. <br /> <br />There was no further citizen input. <br /> <br />ADJOllRBMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to adjourn the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yea: <br />Howell, Hendriksen and LaDue. <br />and Commissioner ShUlllWay. <br /> <br />Vice Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Deemer, <br />Voting No: None.
