<br />Commission reviewed proposed conditionsluse permit agreement and expressed <br />concern regarding the proximity of the septic systea to Trott Brook and related <br />water levels. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Bendriksen to <br />recommend Council approval of the request by Trott Brook Gospel Ball for a <br />conditional use permit to expand the existing church facility at 17320 Nowthen <br />Blvd. lurther. that the conditionsl use permit agreement be amended as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Add: Item #5: 'That the City Engineer should approve the septic system <br />plans.' <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: <br />Zimmerman. Bowell. Hendriksen <br />Commissioner Shumway. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson. Commission~rs Deemer, <br />and LaDue. Voting No: None. Case Of Mr. Art Raudio: <br /> <br />In Plintwood <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that Mr. Raudio is requesting City participation in the form <br />of tax increment funds to assist in site improvements for future phases of <br />development of llintwood Hills Second Addition P.U.D. <br /> <br />Mr. Raudio noted that there are plans to develop Block 5 of llintwood Hills <br />Section Addition with multiple residential. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to <br />recommend Council approval of Mr. Art Raudio's request contingent upon the City <br />Engineer verifying Hr. Raudio's estimates, and contingent upon the EDC also <br />recommending approval of Mr. Raudio's request. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson. Commissioners Hendriksen. <br />Deemer, Zimmerman, LaDue and Howell. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner <br />Shumway. <br /> <br />Case fS! Discussion Re~Ardin~ toftin, OrdinAnce: <br /> <br />The Commission reviewed the latest revisions to the Zoning Ordinance regarding <br />non-conforming uses and accessory structures on lots less than 15,000 square <br />feet. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Bowell approving the <br />final draft of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />\ <br /> <br />Motion carried.
