Voting Yes: <br />Zimmerman, LaDue, Hendrickson <br />Commissioner Sbumway. <br /> <br />Cbairman Peterson, Commissioners Deemer, <br />and Howell. Voting No: None. Absent: <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Zimmerman to <br />recommend approval of tbe request by Mr. Jurgen Zurnieden for a conditional use <br />permit to operate a lawn maintenance and landscaping business from his home at <br />7721 -171st Avenue RW contingent upon tbe applicant entering into a conditional <br />use permit agreement with said agreement to be amended as follows: <br /> <br />1. Add: Item #6 to read as follows: 'The employees of tbe lawn <br />maintenance business sball be limited to members of tbe applicants <br />family.' <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: <br /> <br />Case #3t Reouest For Variance From Street Frontaie Reouirements~ Case Of <br />Mr. Lowell Vasseur: <br /> <br />Mr. Vasseur was present requesting variance to tbe street frontage requirements <br />for access to tbe 40 acre parcel located soutbwest of 155tb Avenue RW and <br />Variolite Street RW. <br /> <br />The Commission informed Mr. Vasseur tbat tbe City's Thorougbfare Plan proposes <br />to extend 155tb Avenue RW tbrougb tbis parcel he plans to build on. No time <br />frame bas been determined for building tbat extension but Council will require <br />road right-of-way. <br /> <br />The Commission did agree that the site is buildable. <br /> <br />Page 3 of 5 <br />
