Absent: Commissioner <br />Shumway. <br /> <br />CAse #6: Information Item: <br /> <br />Ms. Norris noted that a report from tbe North Metro Traffic Task Force <br />regarding the study of the Mississippi River bridge crossing is included in <br />tonigbt's agenda. <br /> <br />Case '7: AODearance Bv Tom Sauter To Discuss Subdivision Of One Lot: <br /> <br />Mr. Tom Sauter was present regarding the possibility of splitting one parcel <br />off of tbe 37 acre parcel located at tbe corner of Sunfisb Lake Blvd. and Cty. <br />Rd. 1116. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer noted tbat tbere was a previous lot split on tbis property <br />and ordinance requires that any future splits be by platting. <br /> <br />The Commission recommended that the roadway to access the newly created parcel <br />be dedicated and tbe balance of tbe parcel be platted as outlot. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendrickson and seconded by Commissioner Bowell <br /> <br />Page 4 of 5 <br /> <br />
