7. That all visibly damaged vehicles parked outdoors must be located within a screened <br />fenced area along the north side of the building. <br />8. That parking of any vehicle is prohibited on adjacent public roadways. <br />9. That no customer vehicles may remain outside of the fenced area on site after normal <br />business hours. <br />10. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this Permit. <br />11. That the Permittee shall apply for and obtain a building permit and all other necessary <br />permits in accordance with City Staff's review comments, from the City of Ramsey and <br />any other applicable agencies, for the site improvements. <br />12. That the Permittee shall be responsible for operating in full compliance with all applicable <br />local, county, state and federal regulations and agrees to provide a copy of any other <br />required permits. <br />13. That this Permit shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated within one (1) year of <br />approval, and issuance of a Building Permit shall constitute initiation. <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Specht, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Kuzma <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Specht <br />Councilmember Howell <br />Councilmember Musgrove <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Woestehoff <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />Resolution #24-303 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />
