ARTICLE 11: COURT TIME <br /> 11.1 An EMPLOYEE who is required to appear in Court during their scheduled off-duty <br /> time shall receive a minimum of three(3)hours pay at one and one-half(I V2)times the <br /> EMPLOYEE'S base pay rate. An extension or early report to a regularly scheduled <br /> shift for Court appearance does not qualify the EMPLOYEE for the three (3) hour <br /> minimum. <br /> 11.2 An EMPLOYEE who is required to appear in court within twelve(12)hours of the end <br /> of a scheduled shift and within twelve(12)hours to the start of a scheduled shift shall <br /> receive a minimum of three(3)hours pay at two(2)times the EMPLOYEES base pay <br /> rate. <br /> ARTICLE 12: STANDBY TIME <br /> 12.1 If the EMPLOYER requires an EMPLOYEE to standby, the EMPLOYEE shall <br /> receive one hundred dollars($ 100.00)pay. If the EMPLOYEE is called into work <br /> after being on standby,he or she will forfeit the standby pay and shall receive the three <br /> (3) hour minimum overtime payment instead. The EMPLOYER shall notify any <br /> EMPLOYEE on standby when said EMPLOYEE is no longer on such duty status. <br /> ARTICLE 13: CALL BACK TIME <br /> 13.1 An EMPLOYEE who is called to duty during their scheduled off-duty time shall <br /> receive <br /> a minimum of three(3)hours pay at one and one-half(1 1/2)times the EMPLOYEE'S <br /> base pay rate.
