ARTICLE TWELVE(12) STANDBY TIME <br /> 12.1 If the EMPLOYER requires any Police Department EMPLOYEE (Patrol Officer or <br /> Investigator)to standby,the EMPLOYEE shall receive one hundred dollars($100.00)pay. <br /> If the EMPLOYEE is called into court after being on standby,he or she will forfeit the <br /> standby pay and shall receive the three(3)hour minimum court overtime payment instead. <br /> The EMPLOYER shall notify any EMPLOYEE on standby when said EMPLOYEE is no <br /> longer on such duty status. <br /> 12.2 If an Officer is required to standby,the EMPLOYEE shall receive one hundred dollars <br /> ($100.00)pay per day of standby. If the EMPLOYEE is called into duty,he or she will <br /> forfeit the standby pay and shall receive overtime pay of time and one-half(1.5)for hours <br /> worked in excess of regularly scheduled hours. <br /> ARTICLE THIRTEEN(13) CALL BACK TIME <br /> 13.1 An EMPLOYEE who is called to duty during his/her scheduled off-duty time shall receive <br /> a minimum of three(3)hours pay at one and one-half(1-1/2)times the EMPLOYEES'S <br /> base pay rate.An extension or early report to a regularly scheduled shift for duty does not <br /> qualify the EMPLOYEE for the three(3)hour minimum. <br /> ARTICLE FOURTEEN(14) VACATION <br /> 14.1 Every regular EMPLOYEE with continuous years of service with the EMPLOYER shall <br /> recive the following vacation accruals:L a, nr�,,,� s+�� ) <br /> eE) SeettfiVe fill!tiffle sex—i", shall. eafn vaeation leave at the fate of 1.666 wefki <br /> Ful Tinw Patrol V-aea io A n���� <br /> 12 <br />
