MEMORANDUM OF <br /> UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY AND <br /> LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES,INC.,LOCAL <br /> #109 <br /> This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into between the <br /> City of Ramsey("City) and Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc.,Local#109 <br /> ("Union")(collectively the"Parties" <br /> WHEREAS, the City and the Union are Parties to a 2025-2026 collective <br /> bargaining. agreement("CBA")that establishes wages for employees of the Union; <br /> WHEREAS, the City and the Union agree when negotiating wages there are a <br /> variety of factors to be considered,including comparison of external market wages; <br /> WHEREAS, the City and the Union agree there is value in having consensus <br /> regarding comparison agencies used to determine wages for this contract;and <br /> NOW THEREFORE,the Parties agree the following cities were used as a component to <br /> determine wages for this CBA: <br /> 1. City of Anoka 10. New Brighton <br /> 2. Champlin 11. New Hope <br /> 3. Chaska 12. Prior Lake <br /> 4. Columbia Heights 13. Rosemount <br /> 5. Elk River 14. Savag_e <br /> 6. Forest Lake 15. South St.Paul <br /> 7. Golden Valley 16. Stillwater <br /> 8. Hastings 17. White Bear Lake <br /> 9. Lino Lakes <br /> 1. The City and Union further agree that this MOU shall end and sunset upon the <br /> expiration of the current CBA; <br /> 2. The MOU is intended for the sole and limited purpose specified herein.This <br /> MOU cannot be construed to be,nor does it establish,an admission of precedent, <br /> 30 <br />
