9.1 Every probationary,regular,and part-time EMPLOYEE is entitled to ESST leave Formatted:Indent:Left: 0.5",Hanging: 0.5" <br /> with pay.For full-time EMPLOYEES ESST time shall accrue at the rate of eight <br /> (8)hours for each calendar month of full-time service or major fraction thereof. <br /> Part-time EMPLOYEES shall accrue ESST leave on a pro-rata basis,but no less <br /> than one 1)hour for every thirty(3 0)hours worked.ESST leave may be <br /> accumulated to a maximum of 960 hours and may granted in units of not less <br /> than 15 minutes.Unused ESST leave in excess of 960 hours at the end of a <br /> calendar year January 1 st)shall be converted to the Post employment healthcare <br /> savings plan at a rate of one hour for each two hours of ESST leave in excess of <br /> 960 hours. <br /> Formatted:Indent:Left: 0" <br /> 9.2 Siek ESST leave may be accrued to a maximum of 960 hours at a rate established <br /> in Section 9.1.
