<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />SWEETBA Y RIDGE <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, mad~ and entered into by and between the CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of "Minnesota (the "CITY"), and <br />SW-EETBAY LAND COMPANY, a Minnesota corporation, whose address is 1611 Highway <br />10N.E., Spring Lake Park, MN 55432 ("DEVELOPER"). <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER is the fee owner of the following described property <br />situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />INSERT LEGAL HERE <br /> <br />-or upon recording- <br /> <br />Lots 1-14, Block 1; Lots 1-24, Block 2; Lots 1-14, Block 3; Lots 1-4, Block 4; Lots 1-5, <br />Block 5; Lots 1-7, Block 6; and Outlots A, B, C, and D, SWEETBA Y RIDGE, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on July 25, 2006, pursuant to Resolution No. 06-07-_, the CITY <br />approved the final plat of the Subject Property, which plat is known as SWEETBAY RIDGE <br />(the "Plat"), which approval is contingent on certain requirements, including MPCAissuance of <br />a Certificate of Completion relating to site clean-up and the DEVELOPER and the CITY <br />entering into this Agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for the Subject Property conforms to the prelil!linary p!at for'" <br />Sweetbay Ridge; and ',-- <br /> <br />.
